Matthew Allen

Matthew qualified as a physiotherapist in 2008 and since then has worked as a Musculoskeletal physiotherapist throughout West Yorkshire. He completed his MSc in Health Science from Keele University which he undertook to enhance his Jedi skills in helping people to remain active. As a result, the force is now strong with this one. He has also completed a PGCert in First Contact Physiotherapy and is a diplomate member of Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine U.K., the U.K. governing body for this specialty.

In his spare time, Matthew has a real passion for food and loves trying crazy experiments in the kitchen. He is a chocaholic and loves puddings! He tries to offset this by remaining active, regularly exercising in the gym and running. He has an excessive number of hobbies which includes enjoying losing at chess, messy watercolour painting, and wild camping.
